Can Neró Lux heat up water?
The current version of Neró Lux does not heat water by itself.
However, you may fill the tank with clean warm water before use, as long as the water is at a skin-safe temperature. Do not use very hot water or boiling water, as it may cause discomfort or irritation to the skin.
We are currently developing a heating feature for future versions.
Is Neró Lux suitable for women’s front cleaning?

How long does the battery last?
With a full tank spray, UVC initiated for 60 seconds, and maximum spray speed, Neró Lux can last up to 28 cycles on a full charge. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage pattern, spray mode, and charging condition.
How do I clean the tank and maintain Neró Lux?
After use, empty any remaining water from the tank. Rinse the tank with clean water and allow the device to dry before storing it.
Do not store water inside the tank for long periods. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners unless specifically approved in the user manual.
What is the UVC hygiene-support function for?
